Accreditation and Affilication

Arlington Baptist College is an accredited member of the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). ABHE is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
The Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System, is authorized by the Texas State Legislature to establish standards and criteria for degree granting institutions. The Coordinating Board has determined that Arlington Baptist College has authority to grant degrees in the State of Texas by virtue of its fully accredited status through the Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges.
The College's registrar is an affiliate member of the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers. AACRAO establishes criteria for credit transfer practices and professional assistance in recruiting, admissions standards, and preservation of records.
The Work Force Commission – Veterans Education has approved that eligible students enrolled in an Arlington Baptist College course of study may receive assistance provided through the Department of Veteran's Affairs. See Financial Aid Section for more details.

Arlington Baptist College is supported by the World Baptist Fellowship, an association of independent fundamental Baptist churches. The College serves as the educational arm and as an extension of the world outreach for the local churches of the Fellowship.
